Sarah Mullins, Percussion & Drum Kit. I began my career 15 years ago as a percussionist subbing in orchestras in Canada. I came to NYC in 2010 to pursue further studies in percussion, and joined Local 802 to teach percussion classes through Midori & Friends. I play different types of music, including Rock/Pop, Balinese Gamelan, Balkan Music, Musical Improv Comedy, Classical, and singing from the Republic of Georgia! I also compose instrumental/synth music, primarily through Logic Pro, with a Pearl Malletstation midi controller. I am constantly open to learning new instruments and styles of music, and the music I write reflects my many genre interests.
