Bio
Patrisa Tomassini is a violinist and graduate of the Mannes College of Music in NYC, and the Accademia Musicale Ottorino Respighi in Italy. She has been a member of Local 802 since 1994.
Patrisa's symphonic and chamber music collaborations include ABT, BAM, the St Louis Symphony and Jupiter Symphony.
She has appeared on stage and television with Sting, U2, Madonna, Michael Jackson, Bjork, Andrea Bocelli, Gloria Estefan, Meatloaf, Donna Summer, Johnny Mathis, Frank Sinatra Jr, The Irish Tenors, The David Letterman Show and the SNL Orchestra, and on Broadway with The Phantom of the Opera, The Light in the Piazza, Love Musik, and many more.
Patrisa has performed at the Kennedy Center, the Tanglewood Music Festival and the DC Jazz festival with Mike Mossman, Paquito D'Rivera, Nnenna Freelon, Mike Garson, Regina Carter and James Carter.
